Genuine Care operates as an independent doorstep appliance diagnosis, maintenance, and repair contractor for out-of-warranty consumer appliances.
A standard doorstep inspection charge of ₹199 applies to cover technician travel and fault diagnosis. If the customer approves the proposed repair quotation, this inspection fee is adjusted against the final service invoice. Written quotations are always provided before any repair commences, with zero advance payment demanded.
Repairs executed by our technicians include an independent 30-day labor warranty and up to 90-day warranty on replaced parts. This warranty covers the specific fault repaired and does not cover unrelated subsequent faults, power surges, or physical tampering.
